• As a new user, you’d be required to input your mobile number. A signup page will be displayed on your screen where you’ll fill in your name, email address, preferred password, and click on ‘Register’. Your login details are automatically saved for the next time you purchase electricity on that device. As a returning user with a different device, simply log in using your registered mobile number and password.

  • Once you log in, the order page will be displayed on your screen. Select your state, enter your meter number, the amount you want to vend for, and click on ‘continue to payment information’.

  • The name and address registered on the electricity distribution company’s system, the meter number, and the total amount will be displayed on the review page to check if the details are valid. Click on ‘Pay’

  • Select the Payment type (Pay with Bank Transfer, Card, GTB 737, Migo, or USSD) and fill in the required information. For ‘Pay with Bank Transfer’, you’ll get a display and text of an account number to transfer to. 

  • Once you successfully pay your token is sent as an SMS to your registered mobile number, a receipt is sent to your provided email address and also saved under transaction/order history on your account.
